    you do make a valid point...

    if you spend -ALL- your time in the darkness
    without ever breathing light...
    too easy is it to listen to dark depressive thoughts
    that believe you are alone and not of value to this
    world.

    I had to step back into the darkness to find the strength
    to come out!
    but I will confess...I need quite a few poetic pushes!
