falling in love is the best feeling of all,
as you sit by the phone, anxiously awaiting their call
you hear his voice and your heart starts to flutter,
so filled with excitement, when you speak you stutter
you think to yourself, how great is love,
he must have been sent from god above,
but what happens if it all falls apart,
if he doesn't love me back and breaks my heart
is it really worth it to take that chance,
to end up in another dead end romance,
maybe I should play it smart,
love is great, but a broken heart is not
