Fate plays it's own game

Sea's of confusion lead to her cancer
Could this be the only answer?
Is this her curious conspiracy?
She left to attain the answer to her philosophy

{We must learn to accept our fate}

The red ruby glisten to tell her hearts tale
Yet she looks to find it in unreadable brail
An ancient princess and her fable
Now to those who await the story to unveil

{We must learn to accept our fate}

"Pardon me miss but i bare you a question"
Her glowing heart shattered at the very mention
He asked and her face fell to despair
Her blue eyes retraced paths to a beautiful despair

{We must learn to accept our fate}

She recalled that late starry night
And many others that felt so perfectly right
Then spoke that life can rearrange
But she will learn to accept her change

  • This has a deep feel to it, I must immerse myself in the words to take it in. I feel like there is more to this write than the lines on the screen.

    MissMandi, what a delightful pen you have this story speaks of change, sometimes all we can do is accept it as it comes for what real control do we have over this world.

    Life is fluid, it moves, it rushes, it withdraws so do we in our own kind of way.

    I like it, I like it so!
