Rain washed softly, rustling leaves
While lovers shelter neath a tree
Perfect moment for a first kiss
As they embrace most nervously
Warm lips meet, a sudden shiver
Lips now parted, still can feel
What once was only fantasy
At last has become real
As eyes open, gazing in wonder
Love's feelings, no longer concealed
Clouds have parted for a rainbow
Natures blessing, is now revealed

I think this is one of the most accurate - at least for me - descriptions of a first kiss. These two lines especially definently went through my mind, "What once was only fantasy
At last has become very real"
Very nice. Thanks for entering.

Very romantic. Nice job on this one, my friend. Good luck in the contest.
