Stuck in a world
Of Black and White
Can no longer go on
To weak to fight

Trapped in these thoughts

Of loneliness and Despair
I know you're gone

But I can feel you there

Pushing through life without you by my side

Don't want to go on, just want to hide

Can't take the pain of knowing you're gone

Even though I know you've been here all along

I know the feeling! I oscillate between extremes also, and it is so very hard emotionally and psychologically. It is a roller coaster ride, that's for sure. I know the pain of not feeling connected. I like this poem very much because I relate to it and it is nicely written. thank you for sharing! karen

i like the notes in ur an. it adds to the poem. it doesnt matter if its perfect as long as it means something to you but regaurdless i do think its really good and i think its something that you can look back on and remember what you were feeling when you wrote it. nobody can say anything bad when it means so much. <3 good write
