i made my self believe i could fly,

i lived every day with a smile on my face.
for the days that you loved me.
i prayed for you day and night.
cause i knew you loved me.
my thougts were filled with memories of you
of the days you loved me.
you were the dream i dreamed
for i believed you loved me.
I'm consumed by pain since the day you left me,
but ive learned that the people you love,
are the people who will break your heart,
but as i think back, one thing is for sure,
the temporary love you showed me is worth this pain.
