And it is undoubtedly one of the best
Scuito, Dinozzo, Gibbs, and McGee
Fill Tuesday nights with exceptional glee
This week may bring sadness, I'm afraid to say
One might not come home, but please don't dismay!
For no matter what happens, we'll always know
NCIS is a fabulous show
Author notes
One thing my favorite teacher on the planet (who just happens to be my english teacher, lucky me) and I have in common is the TV show NCIS. It airs on tuesday nights at 8-o-clock. I was handing in a poem for extra credit, and figured I'd write up a silly little poem about NCIS at the top. Here it is.
For any NCIS fans, this was written shortly before the season 6 finale, when the previews said they were going to Israel and one wasn't coming home.

I LOVE ncis. I admit Tony DiNozzo is by far the best
and am awfuly sorry to myself because i have only just seen the end os season 5. Go me! not. anyway it's a little dodge but the heart is all there! keep writing and if you eva want to talk about ncis i'm happy to do so.

Nicely done
Only you could rhyme NCIS and all of those lovely names in a short poem. No suggestions here either.

Very cute piece, and even better if it counts for extra credit. Nice to see you writing again. Neither of us have been writing much recently, I wish both of us much inspiration.

I had a week where it seemed I could come up with a little poem about anything. I wrote quite a bit then, 3 or 4 poems I think, and then when the little streak ended it was over for good and I haven't been able to write anything worthwhile since. Summer's here now though, so it should get better. Thanks for the comment!
