I have been with the same person for three years now,

oh, you do yourself an injustice, you said you wasn't that good and I have to say I strongly disagree! This is really beautiful. Sad but beautiful.
The only thing I would change would be the line

I will always remember (I think these lines could be swapped around, but I really did enjoy this one, well done.
