1 Peter 4: 12 Dear Friends, do not be surprised at the painful trial you are suffering, as though something strange were happening to you.
Sometimes we must stand alone*
As trials come our way*
Tho' Jesus will never leave us*
'He'll be beside us each day*
Friends at times may dessert you
When your called to stand alone
Remember Jesus is beside you*
He made your heart His home
Don't think it strange*
When persecutions arise*
Jesus told you these things*
Precious one, your faith is being tried*
We all need a cross*
Gods to teaching us patience*
His long-suffering was a cross*
To clothe's us in perseverance*
