red zeppelin cornered
in a panic room with
puffy white cloud
and glass water floor
no destination,
no wind to travel on,
no return.
filled with his last bits of air that escaped
before he forgot how to breathe
his lungs have turned
lead-heavy from desire
and helium voice filled kisses for me
but I told him to quiet to a whisper
and now whispers are all that's left

Wow, this was a very creative
piece and cleverly constructed.
Wonderful wave of imagery
and use of metaphors.
Made for an excellent read!
Best of luck & thanks for entering
