Inner peace

In the stillness of the day,
my thoughts gently sway,

I build upon my dreams,
of natures flowing streams,

 

sometimes the shadows cast,
with darkness from my past,

 

but then the shadows fall,

I see further over the wall,

 

the silence seals my fate,

telling me nothing is to late.

    Tho the last stanza I agree sounds somewhat ominious
