Love sneaks up on silent feet
as their eyes are set aglow
when two hearts finally meet
all kinds of love they will know.
Two hearts shall burst in song
as every happiness they will give
blessing each other all day long
as long as they each shall live.
And when that day shall come
as one steps to the other shore
and his toils on earth are done
he will be at rest forever more.
And the one who remains behind
smiles remembering all the love
those silent feet let them find
and gives thanks to God above.
