In seeking a solitude of the peaceful kind.
Sinking in depths of a hallow purged mind.
Absorbing white noise's shattering sound,
Visualizing blankness yet to be found.
Tasting a void on the tip of my tongue.
Smelling the air where aroma's unhung.
Stroking the touch of vacancy's air,
Feeling nothing, in pointless declare.
Scratching and clawing through layered aybss,
questing for nothingness here in thick mist.
Finding at long last my quaried prey,
a silence golden where nothing is staved.
Nary a whimper,whisper nor sigh.
Exploring depths of pointless define.

that is an interesting title, with the "Senseless"... speaks of pop culture, if you ask me...!
so the first stanza sets the mood, light, soft... and the act of... seeking...
the second stanza is complete and quotable unto itself... something you would place in the middle of a narrative, giving depth to a scene... (have you ever mixed story writing and rhyming poetry?) I'm going to remember it- if I use it in a fantasy-horror-romance-comedy, I'll let you know...
the pointlessness of depth... probing into it, and finding only glittering gold... (a golden silence)...
