My father was six feet
of good times and bad weather,
wishing me well.

Brilliant twinkles blanket
ascensions' forever fields~
Longing to gather each star
and their billions of possibilities.
Traveling dirt road memories
admiring my backwoods' history
and each faded road sign
feeling forlorn,
yet reborn....
