the sun is radiating from
within my skin
small beads of
perspiration are forming
a moist
layering of salty perfume
my eyes need
shielding
the warmth wrapping
me in it's embrace
a comfortable
blanket
wind slinks over my limbs
goosebumps raise
a shiver runs down my spine
a reminder of
the cage my soul
lives within
there's the smell of grass
and skin
a sultry combination
my mouth is dry
but my tongue
moistens
laying on unmarred
land
a sanctuary of
freedom and longing
the wind ruffles
my hair
as it clings to my neck
my breath catches
breathing becomes
quickened
my heart racing
tingling starts at
my toes
shocks and sensations
are arousing my body
heightening
there's a release
on the horizon
a step closer to the edge
the sun encloses me
my eyes closing
to grasp the edge
my body shudders
tingling and goosebumps
my skin feels on fire
my body is burning
and i don't mind
the sky is a vivid blue
the grass the purest green
my cage cannot limit me now
i am flying

This poem paints a beautiful picture. I can just imagine just standing there, on a beach somewhere letting the sunlight and sea breaze engluf evey part of your inner core.
