As his love slips through your hands, the blood starts to drip.
your wounds were slowly healing,
Now they're ripped wide open again exposed to every ounce of pain.
So you take a deep breath and wonder why you chose to live your life
as a fucked up horror story when you've only dreamed of fairy tales.
The second he walked out the door you knew it was over.
You knew you'd go right back to that life you tried so desperatly to end
just eight months earlier.
Without him your nothing.
Your world is faded and your sky is black,
but your still searching for that rainbow.
Your still holding onto that little piece of hope,
just wishing things would change.
Wishing he'd come back
wishing that pill bottle in your hand wasn't empty.
But in a colorless world-
wishes don't come true.
