Over Ruled.

Eyes meet,
Smile faced,
Heart beats,
Mind races,
My sun shines, he's all that's on my mind.
I'm happy now,
He's within my grasp,
Where have you been, where was I,
Why have we wasted so much time.
This is something so astounding, something I've never experienced before,
But like I said, you just weren't around to adore.
Despite what I want,
Despite what I need,
I see the sunset, I see it in your eyes,
Never do I want to let you go,
Never do I want to see you walk away,
& Never do I ever want to collapse to my knees, agonizing over the fact you're no longer in my life..
But it's inevitable,
The sun will fall, as will the tears.
Darkness will come, and I'll cringe into myself,

and wishing he'll get all of his,
Seeing as I can't be the one to give him his bliss,
There's nothing I want more for his genuine joy,
