I gave you my all
yet here in the darkness
my tears fall
in the years since we intwinded our souls
life has grown cold
you used to know me so well
I'm crying now and you can't even tell
why are there more tears than smiles
in this love of ours
why does it feel like I'm in a war
instead of in bliss
what is this
this can't be love
where has the sun gone
where are the stars
where is the closeness
You seem so far
this pain in my chest
these tears on my face
has our love dwindled
are we in a different place
where has our love gone
where are our smiles
what happened to the love
that held us together in happiness
there are more tears than smiles on my face
our love has been misplaced

its a theme I am working on I guess I have something in my mind but I havent been able to get it out right but its based on I had more tears than smiles at some point
