TRAVESTY
Stay still damn it! Shh, be quiet…
If you tell a soul, ill kill you.
It won’t hurt, I promise…
Yesssss, mmmm, sooo gooood…
Another night at the Miller’s home
Another morning like so many
Full the world, she’s still alone
Saddened the smiles, she’s still playing
To think that at seven she knows so much
Yet at school she really struggles
Her little mind troubled a bunch
Her little fingers the bear snuggles
One day she almost called him “daddy”
Till the first night, so quick it came
Blinded and frightened she almost pottied
When that evil clown began his game
Desensitized and numb she prays for dawn
Yet the clock betrays her plea
Its beat seems to time his fun
Little bear falls, little nails claw… please…
Another night at the Miller’s place
That putrid smell of alcohol
Those rough hands touching her face
That evil smile that she abhors
The pain that comes she knows so well
The sweat, the hairy man on top
The thoughts that burn her little brain
The world so cruel, it’s got to stop!
Another Miller’s day break gala
This time she’s blinded to the core
The metal, shinny gun, the diva
The one that he so proud has shown
She pulls the trigger and sheds a smile
Her tiny quivering hands
His blood his pain, his smell so vile
Her innocence commands
Flashing lights outside the window
Sirens blaring, what a sight
Yet she’s not done, there’s still a widow
That must be punished with her might
I know that now you won’t hurt mommy
Because I really made you dead
But mom, why didn’t you rescue me
When all along you knew his game?
Put down the weapon! Said the officer
Scared she looked upon his face
Stand down! It’s just a girl
Another day at the Miller’s estate
.... now him and mommy lay there dead
