You came into my life without warning
Causing me to stay and sit awhile
You brought with your love the bright morning
That shined forth from your face with a smile
Our love was held tight within our hands
Through times of bright joy and dark weather
As we walked along life's golden sands
We both made it through it together
Your soul gave me comfort and sweet rest
The wonderful bright thoughts it did bring
Touching your body and warm breast
The sound of your voice made me sing
As our day went by it ended quick
My vision and sight are now not clear
Because you are dead my soul is sick
But your love I will always hold dear
