Alone In The Dark

I walk down a depressing path,
Just waiting for an angstful wrath,
I scream in pain when the wrath strikes me down,
Numbness starts to take flight,
With all of it's might,
Why did you leave me alone in the dark?

Your friendship slowly fades away,
Because we hardly talk anymore,
The part once glowing bright with friendship,
Is now darkening with evil pain.

I just wish we were still in touch my brother,
I wish that you would call me,
Just to let me help you.
I miss our conversations over the phone,
I want to help you,
But you just push me away,
Why did you leave me alone in the dark?

Why did you leave my light?
It does not matter now Brother,
My light has gone out and Darkness fills me up,
I now suffer beacause I'm still holding on,
To your memories and the only small amount,
Of hope that I have left,
Go ahead strip me of everything that I have,
Go ahead and rip out my soul,
Why not rip out my heart while you're at it Brother?
End my life if you want to,
But I'll haunt until the day that you die,
So tell me Brother why you left me in the darkness alone?
