With your eyes that made my cold heart melt
That gorgeous, deep voice
Reminded me I had a choice
Follow one of two paths:
Support you in your dreams
And let go of all my plans it seems
Or let go of your heart
And Follow what I wanted right from the start
We both know what I chose
You never tried to propose
Another option for me to try
You just watched me walk away
Never even saying goodbye
Sometimes I sit around
Thinking that it's rather profound
That my thoughts of you won't slip away
In my heart you'll always stay
