Both of you have condescended.
The two of you have both befriended
the lowly lady with the bowl
and such a trusting, loving soul
for you, my Alice and Pandora,
and I won't ever once implore ya
to give the same love I give you
I'll just be there, you splendid two.
I'll watch the fights that can ensue
There's no love lost, and what's the clue?
Growling and hissing, a bit of chasing
Too lazy though to do much racing.

Too much repetition of certain words? What do you think?

I am delighted your cats get along so well. That is not always the case. They are lucky to have each other for companionship and you for someoneone with such a large heart. Normally I do not like slang such as "ya" but here, it works. Thank you for your entry.

I wish you the best of luck inthe contest.

Andorra! I forgot about that. I've used amphora before and maybe could use angora, which Pandora definitely isn't!
They are cats! Who else could be so territorial? Alice, the new one, was gaining ground for quite a while but now Pandora seems to be regaining some of what she lost in terms of places where she can lie and have a nap. After all, she is 13 years old!
Thanks for your comments. -
I am very fond of the rhyme between Pandora and implore ya. Apart from Andorra (which I believe is pronounced differently) there can't be mant others to choose from. Well Done. And best wishes to the cats (I assume they are cats)

i am assuming your cats, ah animals, they can be fun and they can be mad, either way you have to love them - a good poem.
