So sweet, so bitter
So soft, so true
So light, so fresh
So young, so new
So cold, so crisp
taste of this age
feels so alive
just turn the page
I feel each glance
I sense each smile
I taught myself
to sprint each mile
I feel so strong
Can't knock me down
been down so much
refuse to frown
I'm sweet, so bitter
I'm soft, so true
I'm light, so fresh
I'm young, I'm new
It's cold, it's crisp
taste of this age
feels so alive
just turn the page
My first half decent attempt at a rhyming poem, let me know what you think please (:

Yes, an don't let life give you lemons unless you can make lemonade! Good poem with happy thoughts. I love the fact that you have sprinted through the tough miles.
