----------------------------
It's late at night
and all's gone to bed
except for You,
I'll bow my head.
The lights are off
just the starry sky, me, and You
And God I still wonder
why You'd want to meet me here, too
The clock still ticks
just to remind me
that I'm still alive, and
this is more than just simply, dreaming
Some pain still left behind
from a yester-something
that tangled up my mind,
now eases, and is good-byeing
And as You're finally here,
or I've finally let You in
I pour me out to You,
or at least, I begin
You, are here and I know it
You're for real and my forever friend;
everything You are, for everything
i am, and it has no end...
So as I bow in silence
may You take my every crown
and God be glorified
as i sit, in this moonlit room.

Exellent poem Ash it really describes your time with the Lord I think of it as a privalege to be the first to comment on it. I really liked the wording and the imagery you used I could almost see Jesus coming to you in your room and you just relaxing in his presance. Great write and keep 'em comin'
God Bless!!!!
