I want to be happy, too

I don't believe in happy endings.
I don't believe in happiness period.
At least, I don't believe that it'll happen to me.
You, maybe, but I guess you're just a lucky bitch.

Get a life, get a good one and trade with me.
I'd do anything just to be happy.
I'm sick of writing dirges on my guitars and keyboard,
I'm sick of this scratchy noose around my neck.
Pull it already, or just take it off altogether.

I want to be happy, too.

I see everyone around me.
I see everyone happy and smiling.
I've forgotten how to smile,
I've forgotten what my laugh sounds like.
If I could I'd record it and play it over until i could mimick it.

Get a life, get a good one nad trade with me.
I'd rather be carefree and blissful and see someone else unhappy.
I'm sick of cutting my wrists and watching cascades of red fall,
I'm sick of feeling pain inside my heart.
Stab through it already, or just take it.
