From first breath until last, we chase it every day.

We beg, we cry, and even try and buy.

We chase it with all of our being,

this secret; the essence of life.

Like a butterfly in a field of flowers,

we watch it float by.

Craving in the depth of our soul.

Then one day the veil is raised and

the secret comes to rest in our hands.

But can we pay the price of giving up control?

To follow the intangible

And let it rule our life.
