That Day

On th way to school, Christina was on the bus. Mr.Terry was right on time picking her up from her house, 8:00 am. He just picked up Brittany. She always sits with Christina, on account that they are best friends. Brittany Ashley, Emily, and Christina are all listening to their ipods. They haven't talked much the whole bus ride. It was very quiet, too quiet. When a song "Cry" came on Christina's ipod, everything changed.


Sudenly, just when they got to the hills that slant a little to far to the right, the bus starts tipping over. The kids try to even it out, but it no use Mr.Terry tells everyone to get out the back door. Everyone gets out, Christina is the last. Then, she realizes that Mr.Terry is still inside! She can't leave him, so she goes back in. Brittany is yelling "Don't Go In! You're Gonna Die if You Do!!!" but she doesnt listen. Christina tries to ge Mr.Terry out, but he is not cooperating. Then, with Mr.Terry and Christina insie, the bus fell over. Christina went unconscious.


She woke up in a hospital bed. She didn't know anything that happene after she fell unconscious, so she asked her mom. She was crying. She told Christina she thought she was dead and told her that Mr.Terry sadly died from loss of too much blood.THen, the doctor came in and sai he needed to talk to Christina's mom... alone. They went outside the room and talked. Christina couldn't hear them, but had a ense of knowing what they were saying, by the way they were looking at her.Then, her mom is crying again. But this time, its sad tears.

Brittany came in to see Christina. They talked. Brittany told Christina about school and all their friends. She gave Christina Get Well Cards from kids from the school. There were so many! They eventually, read them all. Brittany then said she had to go. On the way out, Christina told Brittany that no one could have been a better friend than her. Brittany said she thought Christina is the best person ever.

The next day, the doctor told Christina something she SO didn't want to hear. The doctor said she could only live a few more hours on the machine. Christin said ok and asked for some paper. He gave her a notebook and pen. Then she asked hm to leave.

She wrote a note to Tyler. IT said " I have always loved you. I wish you could have noticed earlier cause Now, I can't tell you myself. I love you, forever and always. You mean everything to me. I would die for you." and she signed it love CHristina Coler.She folded it in her special way, wrote his name on it, then put it on the table. A few hours later, she died.

At the funeral, a her famiy and friends were there. They all cried in agony. Tyler was in the back row, stnding with his mom and friends. Christina's mom went up to him and gave him the note. She said she found it. HE read it and cried even more. He walks over to the coffin and holds her hand. He cries the ret of his life, never being able to tell her that he loves her, too.
