Rushing waters
breathing a sense of urgency
and in such a hurry to euphoria
just around the corner from blissful
or content.
Surely you can't pretend that water would stop for me
and carefully caress its path
with utmost desperation
and see the beauty
of the lovely...
possibly,
what she should be:
kind and caring, with careless rambling
environmentally conscious with human flaws.
and not close to perfect
and so close to me
and sing baby sing.
