Holding On

I had so many dreams about you and me,
But now I know the truth,
I can finally see.
Hold on to me.
I  can barely breath.
Keep holding on.
To this moment
for eternity
Contemplate this reality.
If I ever let go,
All of these memories will
not have been worth
holding onto.
&&i cant stop these feelings.
all i can do is hold on to you.
and never let go.
