Take a deep breath
exhale, calm right down
after chasing the
windy tail of life all day.
Stop, look, listen.
Lose that frown.
Open up and begin
to learn how to play.
Beauty and serenity
surround you, too.
Find those things,
enjoy them well.
God gives good things,
takes away the "blue."
As we can stand no more,
His Words do tell.
Be at peace and rest.
Curl up in a sweet calm.
Draw inside with love.
Enjoy a hallelujah song.
Soothe the beast within
with God's loving balm.
realize the blessings
life isn't for very long.
