    This is lovely. The great thing about experience (even the negative ones) is that others can learn from us, and we can use the knowledge acquired in the process to help others. It's wonderful that you were able to rise above the pain, and that you can now teach and empower others to do the same

    Wow. Very short. I am glad you are giving back to those who cannot help themselves. It honestly means a lot that you are able to overcome self injury.
