How can I expect
when nothing to conceive
How can I detect
and know what to believe
Why does someone speak
and not listen in return
why does someone teach
yet never seem to learn
where does love begin
and security abounds
where does darkness end
and light bestills all around
when do I truly know
love is here to stay
when do I feel secure
in both night and day
who do I believe
when doubt I do detect
with nothing to conceive
who do I expect?
