Shovel

  Chapter 1

Once there was a little girl. Her name was Karen.

She loved to work in her garden.

She would plant flowers, water them, pull weeds and

give them lots and lots of love.

One day Karen was planting her pink rose and something went brackish.

The thorns shot across the sky. She ran and fell onto her shovel.

It stabbed her in her heart. She was killed by what she loved to do.

Chapter 2-Shane

One day Shane was pulling weeds. She was using the same shovel.

As she was going inside to wash her hands from playing in the dirt, she fell.

The shovel stabbed another little girl.

This time she was not stabbed in the heart but, very close.

She did not die from being stabbed in the heart, she bled to death.

One more girl killed by an object the was made to help bring joy.

Chapter3-Mystery Boy

The next day

the shovel was found by a little boy whose name was  unclassified.

The little boy was different from the shovel's last victim's.

This boy did not like to garden.

Soon after the boy found the shovel he went missing.

When the boy was found he was in a green house.

He was saying nothing but:SH SH SH Shovel SH SH SH Shovel.

From that day on all he would say is that and all he would do is plant.

Also he would dig holes with his hands to avoid using a shovel.

Chapter4-Angelle

Sadly, the shovel had found another child's life to take as if they didn't want it. This child's name was Angelle.

When she found the shovel she put it in a pile of junk

that she was going to either throw away or give away.

That made the shovel mad.

It knew it did not want to kill her right away.

But it wanted to hurt more than one person.

So that night when Angelle went to sleep, he carved in her chest

HA HA she's dead HA HA

He also wrote on the wall:

I'm coming back for whom is reading this.

That morning when Angelle didn't come down for breakfast,

her mother thought something was wrong.

She went to Angelle's room to find out if she was sick.

She saw her daughter and cried then read the wall.

As he promised

he came back and found her mother.

All at once he attacked!!!

Sush, Slice, Boom, Bam!!

She was gone.

It stunk in that house really bad.

GOOD THING THE SHOVEL HAD NO NOSE.

Every time he killed, he felt better.

There was no way to stop it.

The police could not do anything about it.

They thought they were looking for a human.

They were supposed to be looking for a shovel.

The police had no leads and the killings went on.

Chapter5-Found

After awhile the shovel began to grow tired of killing.

So he went to his old house where he had been turned into a shovel.

He told the witch to turn him back into a shovel.

She said she would only do it if after she did he would turn him self in.

He agreed to it but, after she turned him back he killed her.

He didn't keep his promise.

One year later, he was put in jail and did not get out until 2008.

They say he is still looking for people to kill.

Don't forget he likes to garden.

Do you think you are safe from the shovel? Why?

Sweetie Pie, A very scary story you have written. I have a big garden that I try and work in daily, I think I will leave my shovel in the shed! You also have a good moral to the story. Sometimes the things we do in life, might not always be the best things for us to be doing. I enjoyed your story! Keep on writing, where is the story about your grandma? Your Friend, DeeDee
