I remember the last time
that i looked into your
wonderfully caring eyes
and we shared a simple kiss
But now that means
nothing more than hurt
to my mourning heart,
so much that I cant breath.
That night changed my
always challenging teenage life.
But even more devastating
is that it stole away your life.
That over-turned car
and that hard concrete road
stole you away
from me and your future.

Its horrible when someone young dies like this.. I lost a cousin a while back in a car accident and well.. this is how I sorta felt. Thanks for posting.

i though this poem had alot of pain in it.wonerful use of imagery. i could almost picture the wreck as it happened. you painted a vivid picture in four lines>
