to my best-est friend

When I met you, I found a friend
You have a glow that I hope never ends
Your smile is sweet and bright.
Some times you’re the only reason, I live through the night.

You never did judged me,
You stood by my side.
Taught me how to be a true friend,
Not someone filled with pride.

You understand my sorrow.
And you give me good advice.
Taught me how to live it up
And be really nice.

You were always there for me,
I knew I could count on you.
You give me encouragement,
Whenever I didn't know what to do.

You helped me learn to love myself,
You made life really easy.
You told me I could do anything,
And it doesn't have to look sleazy.

Circumstances have pulled us apart,
Now where separated by miles.
Truly, the only thing that keeps me going,
Is your treasured smile.

This friendship we share
Is so precious to me,
I hope it grows and flourishes,
And lasts unto infinity.
