It never fades or grows weak
Lessens or disappears.
His love is always shown
In the things he does
The way he acts
How he treats others.
His love is always communicated
Through what he says
By the way he holds me
And the way he whispers it in my ear.
His love...
Makes me feel safe
Makes me feel I can accomplish anything
Makes me feel as if I mean the world to him
His love...
Does not demand
But asks only for one thing in return.

This very emotional and beautiful. I enjoyed reading it.
A suggestion, remove "as if" in this line "Makes me feel as if I mean the world to him" it will give it more feel and leave no place for doubt.
Though beautiful, your poem does fit my contest which is first and foremost about fantasy, and will therefore not be taken into consideration for the contest.
