You, my muse,
You, kind and gentle,
Coaxed music from my tongue.
You, my almost lover,
You, secret and sensual,
Kissed my lips with softness unknown.
I've seen the beauty in your scars,
I've felt the tremble in your touch,
And still you frighten me.

Wow, this is way better than my entry in the contest. The thing I most like about it is that the first two stanzas really could be from the point of view of either Christine or the Phantom. You accomplished a lot with a few words here. Well done!

while this is short it captures in full what Christine must have thought of the phantom. She revels in amazement at him while still fearing him greatly. you did well. good job and good luck in the contest!
