It feels so good to be back in the saddle again
The view from here is beautiful
The air is much fresher
Mingling amongst the trees
Flowing through my hair
Putting me at ease
I blaze unmarked trails
Through the back roads of existence
Just me and my horse
Galloping through forests dense
Gliding on air, a split second; gravity denied
It's like I'm on the wings of a bird, every time I ride
Feeling so free
The horse carries me
Through places I've never been before
Through a strange, new world
From which I doubt I'll ever fall
A new perspective, quite blessed
A great reliever of daily stress
A feed for the need to feel in control
Atop a horse, you'll have it all
