My hands are old
But still so bold
A grip thats strong
they've done wrong
They work in pain
But will never complain
Rough from work
They make you smirk
They can be so soft
And hold you aloft
They will dry a tear
And pull you near
Old hands are hard
And very scarred
They feel like stone
And broken every bone
They can hold you tight
Making each year right
These hands are bold
But not quite so old
