Languishing lazily in the night sky,
Until the dawn it will fill your eye.
Nocturnal emissions are not quite sane,
Allowing deranged thought free reign.
Reality's twisted, a bit off center,
Lunacy knocking, begging to enter.
Unusually deep writings on the wall,
Nothing will stop the sands from their fall.
Another night, trapped in minds isolation,
Cannot break free from self immolation,
Yield to lunacy's examination.

Excellent...
I like acrostic poems, "lunarlunacy (Acrostic)" is a good one that does honor the Tributee.
Much gratitude to the author of "lunarlunacy (Acrostic)' for this majestic acrostic.
In respect and admiration,

this is excellent...a beautiful tribute to an amazing poet...wicked flipping spiral of blue-gray...i revel in his madness...smokey-low & rich, with a heartbeat (if that makes any sense to anyone else other than me)...i LOVE it....best wishes
