Such a normal place i see
willows swaying
bees humming
wolves baying
slowly my eyes close
of their own will
as if to tell me
I'm missing something
Color bursts behind my eyes
imagination rushes in
i see such wonders
All from within
I hear rushing waters
I see trees galore
I smell flowers blooming
All fabricated from divine
Here I lay in the soft grass
nothing more amazing than that of my mind
and i never want to open my eyes
I fear what i may find.
Author notes
