The scent,the air,the breeze
Revert memories that seize
A certain time,a certain place
A certain name,a certain face
That I may have known before
A desire to relive it all once more
That act of love,that act of kindness
That undying love,marked with total blindness
That feeling of again being whole
A complete food for my soul.

Alive! Remembrances come from the most common things sometimes. Funny how a whiff of air or scent can bring the past rushing back in for but a brief moment, and then gone again! Short but sweet, I love this poem. Very well said, poet! I will bookmark this one, it is truely enjoyable.
