Shooting on through the New Moon of my life
Darkest nights to grace my hazel eyes
Ever changing doom to befall my enemies
Yet in a simple battle, you fought by my side
Momentairly gaining my trust, but not my like
Trying, pushing ever on, to show me the light
Not knowing that the more into veiw you came,
The more I could see you weren't the sun I was looking for
You were alot better then a sun could ever be,
A shooting star, taking me to my destiny
