If you are one of those kids, (or adults, for that matter) who think that they don't need anyone to tell them what to do, Then you're wrong. There is one person who you should let tell you what to do, and that is our Father God. He Loves you very much and doesn't want you getting hurt anymore. Here are some scriptures for the soul
(i'll add on more as time goes on.):

"Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you." -Matthew 5:44

The Lord gives us something as an encouraging goal to leave our baggage behind us. He gives us Himself to pursue. (Phil. 3:12-14, Heb. 12:1-2)

But among you there must not be even a hint of sexual immorality, or of any kind of impurity, or of greed, because these are improper for God's holy people. Nor should there be obscenity, foolish talk or coarse joking, which are out of place, but rather thanksgiving." (Ephesians 5:3-4 NIV) <--This scripture gets me with the "Coarse Joking" part.

"Don't use foul or abusive language. Let everything you say be good and helpful, so that your words will be an encouragement to those who hear them. And do not bring sorrow to God's Holy Spirit by the way you live." (Ephesians 4:29-30 NLT)

--"May the words of my mouth and the thoughts of my heart be pleasing to You, O Lord, my Rock and my Redeemer"! (Psalm 19:12 NLT)
