This intent, these
lips so closely lilted reveal
shadows angels deign to drop between us
her roundness jiggles anticipation and the orchid of dawn she clings upon
becomes bird as an instant, by some inevitable sound
springs back
silent are mountains in rain
lovely are the women who sop their brows
when they have completed the foolish disregard of angels
while the earth does swing its daytime nighttime rhythm within seasons swaying
and their men weep for joy to be so brightly sunned
silent are the calluses of good men
who tender are as dew’s power upon roots
powerful is love in the rain,
joyful is rain once a mere dew

A tribute, indeed, Your way with words is almost methodical and so well-planned that the reader is drawn in like line to object. This object of your desire is one lucky woman! *smile*

Yep. She sure does know it, too.

I am the one who is brightly sunned, my husband. What a beautiful, abundantly loving penning this is. You know I adore everything you write, yet I do have to admit to having a certain bias when I am the subject.
You make me sound so glorious, when I am but a humble Poet...& the Woman who loves you more than mere words can ever say.
