We sat along the gentle tides, your arm was gently strung along my bony shoulder, pulling me close to your side.
The light licked at your tanned muscles, as we leisurely let our feet get buried in the sun kissed sand.
My eyes aimlessly wander to your stubble strewn face, as I watched as the sun reflected in the depths of your amber eyes.
You smiled sweetly as you lightly pressed your lips against my white blond hair.
"I love you" you whispered into the strands, pulling me closer.
You pulled away slightly looking into my face, your eyes tracing the freckle trail along my nose to my mouth, where you leaned in.
Your lips tasted of sweetness as we kissed.
"I love you too dear" I whispered as we pulled away.
You moved your hand so mine was sound and safe within yours, as you entwined your fingers with mine.
So there we sat, on the beach of Los Angeles as the sun began to set on another perfect day in the heart of California.
