Stripes

One mark, two  marks,
Dripping down,
Covering me in red,
Aiding my effort for freedom.

A line, made in haste;
A permanant, mad mark;
Set in blood,
for all to see.

One mark, two marks,
Dripping down,
Covering me in red,
Aiding in my plea for love.

The lines pile up,
I look like a tiger;
Striped, but in blood red;
My blade cuts along the vain.

No one stop me,
I like my new reliefe, it works,
One mark is one cut,
Slowly turning into more...

Author notes

eh just had to write out my emotions before cutting...

What did you think and any advice on how to make it more litterate?

    I plan to revise this poem: please leave constructive criticism!
