Behind every shade of my mind
There is a bright light as well.
When I look in the mirror I see
Someone else looking back at me.
There is a good person there sometimes
And once in a while a bad one glances back.
Flashes of light cross the earth's surface
As darkness covers it in it's own blanket.
Solace can be found not only in happiness
But surprisingly in sorrow, as the heart beats.
This does everyone around us some good
In an odd way everything is misunderstood.
The Sun rises in the East and sets in the west
The moon follows the same pattern,Shining.
Stars are in the night and clouds in the day
The world as a whole moves in this same way.
