God's tears rain down so many times
for reasons very clear,
through days of trouble and of doubt
so often they appear.
When plagued with drought and earth is cracked
He's there to send relief
and all He asks that in return
hold fast to our beliefs.
When war and hate grip all the world
God feels such great distress,
His tears fall, for He loves us all
in hopes they will caress.
And when the wind twirls round the trees
His breath it softly sighs,
as evil taunts and teases us
with Satan in disguise.
His tears they also come to bless
with grace and love profound,
within His aura heavenly
those once lost have now been found.
